Canadians are idiots...

There are 3 million acres of wildfires going on in Canada right now and practically none in the US. We have thousands of wildland firefighters literally sitting around with nothing to do that could be helping. But what do the Canadians want before accepting help?

A passport and background check on everyone before they can cross the border...

I say let them burn. We accept help from them and Mexico (Mexicans have a great wildfire program) during our heavy months without any conditions. Because when you need help, you don't go all formal wanting a passport.

Xfinity is the worst company on the planet for customer service! Tomorow will be day 4 with no service TV or internet and if they would have listened to me from the beginning this could have all been resolved. I told them from the jump that the problem was at the pole, that their contractor broke something/didn't hook us back up or something when stringing new wire in the neighborhood. But No I had to wait 3 days for an inside tech to show up look up at the pole and say yeah that's broke. Now I have to wait another day for someone that maybe can fix it. When I asked the same contractor is right down the street why don't you tell them to get their ass over here and fix it they tell me they can't do that. I went down there and none of them spoke English, they are all some kind of eastern European.

A few more months and I can tell them to piss off. <rant over>
