A friend of mine owned a large tract of land in middle Georgia. He would host an invitation only helicopter boogie (skydiving party) ever other year. If I had a large tract of land suitable for hunting, I’d periodically host an invitation only hunt. I know enough people who do.

Not that bad 🤣. He's Puerto Rican, and I know he told people at the old job he didn't speak English good, but he'd sit out in the smoke area, and spoke English pretty good 🤣. I just always thought that was odd, because a few people in his department swore he'd tell them"the best he could in English ", that he didn't understand. I've carried on several conversations with him since he came to where I am now, because he was working right beside me. I always wanted to ask him, but never did 🤣. I do know sometimes people will do that so they won't be asked to do a lot of work. When I was supervisor at the lumber yard there was a young Mexican guy who the only thing he said for months in English was, "no understand English". His brother told me one day he understood English perfect, but did that to get out of work. Pretty smart I guess 🤣. IDK if that's what was going on with this guy though.

Grandkids who live here started the summer STEM program this morning. I'm gonna surprise them this afternoon and give them their summer passes for the Kingsport Aquatic Center when they get home. I got the three month household deal and it includes me, wife, daughter, and two grandkids. Other daughter and her kids already have a membership.

My wife had a membership last year and said they have a jet pool down there that will help me with some of my aches and pains. We'll see if I go down there or not. HAHAHA
tl;dr
They got home today after school, but I hadn't returned yet with the membership cards that you swipe to get in to the pool area. I had a consult about getting a tooth pulled (which took longer than expected), and I only wanted to make one trip. They knew I was giving them something today but didn't know what it was. They got home from school and waited in the driveway for me to get home. When I showed them their cards, they were fighting each other to get back into the house to get ready. The weird part: they never get in that much of a hurry to go to school. HAHAHAHA

Apparently, short shorts are back in style for women. The evidence includes sightings of wearers of every age, from elementary school age to grandmothers (without the over-skirt thingy).
