If we don't get Wingo, you better believe we'll go after this kid.

This guy has been making plays his whole high school career playing in the highest public school classification in North Carolina.

On3 loves this kid. Has him as the 18th best receiver in the country - one below Harrell.

More noteworthy is our staffs interest, considering their history of identifying receiver talent.

That said - you hardly ever hear his name mentioned on visit lists or by the recruiting gurus so how heavily are we pursuing here?

“I saw a lot. Hanging with the guys and talking to coach [Kelsey] Pope. Being around everybody and feeling the atmosphere out here,” the wide receiver said. “I had a lot of fun out here the whole weekend. It was the most fun I had out here in a while.”
“I knew it was going to be crazy, but it actually looked better than I thought. Everything is glass. You can definitely tell the difference in an SEC school and ACC. Everything looked great and I had a lot of fun,” the athlete smiled. “Tennessee is one of my favorites, top-two for sure.”

“This weekend was fun I had a lot of fun,”

“I learned a lot of new things that I didn’t know about Tennessee. This is definitely the most fun I’ve had on an official visit. What stands out is the coaches love for the game and just the urgency they have. They have the No. 1 offense in the nation and know how to space the field and create 1-on-1 situations. As a receiver that’s exactly what you’re looking for, opportunities to make plays in the open field.”

“This was my last OV,”

“Had a great time up here.”
