@Freak please move if needed.
I drove downtown to pay my properity taxes this morning. After following several detour signs, I found myself in front of the Cities' World War Memorial. I usually advoid War Memorials (especially on Memorial Day Weekend) mainly because of crowds. But today, I smiled, parked and paid proper respect to my fellow Americans who gave their lives for the freedoms we sometime take for granted.
When I returned to my car, Plash Phelps (60's on Sirius Radio Host) greeted me with the information found in the following article. My older eyes became moist. This had to be Providence. I realized the detour signs and Plash Phelps were on a mission. I have walked the Punchbowl in Hawaii and the National Cemetery at Andersonville. America is a special place and freedom isn't free. No man left behind!
