President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

A.I. cannot be, today, what is has been in the past. There is too much at stake, in the future, of tomorrow, to ignore today, and yesterday.

We must do, and be, what we have always been, and done. Together, we will find the path forward to tomorrow, by remembering yesterday, and today, together.

I dont get the ending or relevance in the hotel room from what I remember.

If you’re talking about the Tommy Lee part I think it was Tommy Lee just realizing it wasn’t worth going in. The Mexicans had already killed Brolan’s character and took the money . The very end he went back and killed the girlfriend then got in a wreck while leaving and paid $100 for a kid’s shirt to make a sling.

Well, we can only assume he killed the girlfriend. Probably did though.

Yea..when he opened the door to the hotel room.

I think that when Tommy Lee entered the Hit man knew that he was cornered. No where to run, so he hid. Now, the officer knowing as an experienced lawman what he was going up against decided to let it run its course. The hit man didn't want to face the .45 caliber that the officer carried, nor did the officer want to face the deadly, experienced hit man.

We just assumed he was in the room though. Guess the writers wanted a lot of ambiguity with that, the GF and his escape. Gotta watch it again. Great movie. Flip a coin for your life.

I just remembered Woody Harrelson was in it.

Got any predictions on what that 253k will be reduced down to in a couple months?

Drop the middle digit and make it 23K. Maybe their game is the first and last digits are the number they calculated and the middle digit is the error band. Like 253 = 23 + 5

See that blue line Hogg?

Respond when/if you figure out what it means and why it's important. Then you'll finally (maybe) understand why our debt isn't an issue.

The debt is not an issue or a problem--the vast majority of economists have said as much for years--but of course Republicans always lamely try to make it an issue when a Democrat is in the White House, ignoring the fact that recent Republican presidents have raised the debt more than Democrats. It's a hardy perennial GOP complaint, just as when a Democrat is president they start yodeling once again about crime and military preparedness. You can set your clock by it when a Democrat is elected.

Your chart isn’t backing up your position in the least. Do you see the sharp incline beginning in 2022?

You are dumb as dirt dude.

READ: *BLUE* LINE

The blue line depicts what PERCENTAGE that debt interest constitutes out of our federal budget.

Currently at 6.1%.

If you're unable to comprehend this I literally can't help you.

Neither party has done squat wrt to the debt since after Clinton and the Republican Congress, but the assumption that the debt is not a problem is completely obtuse. Far more economists and market veterans are now adamant that it is very much a problem as evidenced by the rapid evisceration in the value of the dollar and the increasing pressure of losing its place as the world’s reserve currency. They are waking up to the sudden change in trajectory of the debt. It’s a primary driver of inflation and J Powell is having to smoke banks and force an economic slowdown along with forcing layoffs on his way to even higher interest rate increases. Even those efforts will likely fall short before doing greater harm to consumers and investors. A dollar today purchases only 57% of what it did in 2000. A 43% loss of purchasing power in only twenty three years, but sure…it’s not a problem.

That’s only one side of the story, interest payments. We are likely headed back to longer term higher interest rates which will drive borrowing costs and interest on the debt higher as the trend is showing where your graph ends. What you’re not accounting for is the current debt vs the debt levels in the late 70’s through the 80’s and 90’s, which is now massive.
