Showed up for two a days ahead of my senior season, ‘79, after having spent my summer vacation with my estranged dad in D.C. Great summer. Did the Mall, Smithsonian, Kennedy Center for Cher, Wolf Trap with the Allman Brothers (lots of depth available here) and finished by having my long blonde hair trimmed and permed at a salon in the ground floor of his condo complex. Hence the nickname, chuckiepoo! My OC nailed it and it stuck. Carried us to a ‘ship that year!
