Actually, given the hot button nature of this discussion, plenty of people in the downtown community, frequents of my business included, are aware of my stance.

I just don't advertise it through my business.

It always cracks me up when you have these faux checkmate moments. You get a pat on the head for turning the dunce cap backwards.

All businesses are required to be inclusive. That’s a different topic. What I’m specifically mentioning is that you’ve openly stated your left wing politics have helped your business. Yet, I doubt you’d go around advertising this specific stance of yours the way you do your others (granted you mainly troll on here so I can’t proclaim to know all those stances)

“ reported to my certifier because they really emphasized the sexual orientation and gender identity training, that you have to support it,” she said. “I emailed her and told her I couldn’t do that because of my faith, and then we had a phone call and, because I wouldn’t take a child for cross-sex hormone injections, I was basically told that I’m ineligible to adopt in the state of Oregon.”

According to Oregon’s Department of Human Services, the state’s adoption application requires that potential parents “respect, accept and support… the sexual orientation, gender identity, [and] gender expression” of children.

You can refuse service to anyone and you don't have to express reasoning. Though I could express that certain political beliefs are unwelcome, and no one could sue me. The fact that you think inclusivity is required further demonstrates that you have zero idea about what you're saying.

I would recommend educating yourself before asking someone to do it for you.

This isn’t 1960. You can refuse service sure, but that’s not what we are discussing. That’s like saying “I can kill someone”. Sure “you can”. But that doesn’t make it legal.

So despite your claim that what I said was “false” and that I don’t know what I’m talking about because I “don’t own a business”, it seems you’re wrong on all accounts.

It's okay to say you don't know **** about this topic. You don't own a business, and have zero clues about its legalities/rights.

I've never seen someone preach about so many things with so little firsthand knowledge. It's mindblowing.

What we are discussing is that “inclusivity” is required. Put up a sign that says no blacks or retards tonight and see how long you’re in business. Saying “well, I can just lie about why I turned them away”, doesn’t change the fact that you can’t legally turn them away

Where did I say lie? I said that I don't have to state a reason. You are providing examples of hate speech. I could say "no nazis" or "no libs" on my sign and no one could sue me.

I've always wondered why a business would tell someone why they refused service. Just refuse and if they ask why just tell them it's your right and none of their business... in a nice way of course.

I know you are just being sarcastic, but I am a Registered Nurse, and I worked in behavioral health for almost five years lol... I think we saw one legit body dysmorphia inpatient (a man)... most inpatient adolescent girls with eating disorders.. it is usually control related rather than dysmorphia.. on an outpatient basis.. that runs more of mixed bag...but true dysmorphia is not that common...and by the way, you are quite the misogynist..which I find to be quite common with Liberal men
