But you struggle to understand what was being communicated to him. Seems odd that you think you are more cognitive aware but have no clue what was being communicated to him.

There's plenty to trash Biden for. Plenty of evidence of his cognitive decline. This isn't one of those.

That billion will go into the pockets of those in charge & want be going to the right place at all. This is another way that the Biden/Harris admin is buying off leaders of another country.
