Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sought to clean up comments where he called Russia's brutal war on Ukraine a 'territorial dispute' after drawing rebukes against 'isolationism' but praise from Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

'Well, I think it's been mischaracterized. Obviously, Russia invaded — that was wrong. They invaded Crimea and took that in 2014 — That was wrong,' DeSantis told Piers Morgan in an interview more than a week after his initial comments.

DeSantis is having a really bad week. Sometimes a great Governor doesnt translate on the Federal level. Neocon Ron is finished.

I think a lot of folks aren't/won't be happy with the candidates the two parties foist on the public. But since we historically, like dumb sheep accept this, our fault. I'd love to see a third or fourth option candidate register to run. And those of us who really do care about the nation, vote for that person as a write-in candidate. Bypass the Democreeps and Republiars rigged selection process and vote in who we REALLY want. I know, I know, I'm a lunatic even for an independent voter.

But for much of the return journey to West Palm Beach, the former president held court at a table in the main cabin. Behind him aides tucked into McDonald's burgers while a new animation featuring Trump's family coat of arms played on a screen that took up an entire wall.

His 757-200 has been back in service since late last year, when it completed an overhaul.

The result, he says. is a plane that puts Air Force One, his ride when he was in office, to shame.

The fittings, including air vents and seatbelt buckles, gleam. They are made from 24-carat gold.

I will be shocked if Donald Trump wins the 2024 nomination. From where I sit, it appears he’s even worn thin with a lot of his base voters.

Also, the fact that Biden is in the 40s is surprising in itself. More surprising is that 4/10 people would vote for Harris.

Former President Donald Trump scored another endorsement from a U.S. senator after he arrived in New York to be arraigned on criminal charges.

Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS) announced her support for Trump in a statement on Monday that got right to criticizing the case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

“The prosecution of President Trump in New York is a political stunt by a prosecutor whose campaign was funded by George Soros,” Hyde-Smith said.
