I personally know someone who had her tah-tahs chopped off at the ripe old age of 16. Her mother did sign off on it, but if the law was different she would have absolutely went and done it on her own.

It’s an issue. It’s happening all over the country. Some much younger than 16. Some of these parents get full-blown indoctrinated by progressive liberals and this type of thing becomes a means to social capital.

Again. Leftist posters want to pretend like the modern democrat party is full of moderate voters and moderate representatives. Nah. Many democrats today are fine with child castration (though they wouldn’t call it that) and many democrat reps openly affirm this heinous act.

Can you offer up some examples of "extraordinary situations" that would cause this to be OK with you?

The funny thing is just a few short years ago these perverts were leading the charge against things like female genital mutilation as practiced in Africa and the Middle East. They'll still not blink an eye and tell you they're against that, or against other physical tortures that happen around the world.

But to do it here? A-OK.

If their are no "unique situations", then what is the harm in putting in a provision for "unique situations"?

I can't think of one but I'm confident there may be one or two....that's why it seems like such a harmless compromise.

I'm a little more informed on this subject than you are, and I have personally dealt with several kids affected by this crazy BS.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that you have no idea what you are talking about, nor do you understand the legislation involved.

If you actually believe what you are typing, you would change sides on the issue.

I'm far more informed than you on the trials and tribulations of children passing into, through, and out of puberty. I have also dealt with numerous kids affected by this.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that you have no idea about the daily trials and tribulations these children face. If you actually had a broader base of experience, you wouldn't view this issue from such a simplistic perspective.
