I'd rather play FDU. FAU has won a lot of games. I think even if our bigs struggle like Purdue did we can beat FDU going guard heavy with Awaka in the post.

Yep...maybe it's because he has had to play harder on defense than he has before to earn his spot, and it is wearing on him mentally and physically


He gets south grief on here, and I get it...he has missed a ton of shots that could have helped avoid close losses if he had shot better...but his shot looks smooth, not jerky or ungainly...it is weird, usually guys that look smooth like that are pretty reliable, and I understand that he was a good reliable one until this year.

I have to think it is playing and focusing a lot more on the defensive side of the ball.

If he starts hitting shots...we are in good shape going forward.
