He must be a “Barnes Guy” because the kid isn’t an sec caliber guard. Not even off of the bench. He consistently launches 3’s without getting his feet set or squaring up his shoulders. From a coaching standpoint, you’d think that would drive a coach nuts, but alas, here we are.

According to Hamer, Key drains the shot from the top of the key off of picks all day long in practice.

Maybe the Pratt Center isn’t such a great place to work on shooting (or free throws). The walls behind the baskets are spaced more like high school gyms than arenas.

as a long time sports official ( including basketball at small college and high school level) the SEC officials are progressively getting worse and worse. THe game is too fast for many of them. Your positioning is vital and even a foot off can make a huge difference in how you see a play. Its been so inconsistent this season, it has to be the positioning, because they can't be that bad. The only alternative is something fishy, and I hope it hasn't come down to that.

& basically, no Aidoo the refs touch fouled him out of the game, and they also called a crucial foul on ON in the closing minute even Dykes said ON had hands straight up. A&M is good at jumping into players as their going up for their shot a lot of refs just give it a no call, but these were not the refs that call it that way.
I would think that Barnes should know when Adams and his kind calls and all the other suspects, he needs to tell the guys these are either the refs that call touch fouls or these refs will let you play e.g. Alabama's vs UT game. Can't understand why coaches don't reel players in on D with certain refs.
