Gun control debate (merged)

Have fished in Banks Lake a long, long time ago. Ray's Mill Pond is a restaurant. Sorry I wasn't clear on that.
I'm just as good at eating them too. That joint prob just as close to their house as going into Lakeland. They've been in transtion to Tampa area for new job he's already working. They just haven't made the move yet. He's a traveler when he does work, so I don't know why they're moving except that it takes him 3 plus hours to get to office when he does go in. Planting and harvest seasons are when he's on the move. Kid gets like $80K plus truck, card, etc., to basically only work 6 months a year.

Tennessee General Assembly Legislation

I'm sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous. Republicans wanting to raise the voting age to 21, but it's fine if they carry a gun. Can't legally buy a beer but can carry a gun. Is this supposed to be a response to school shootings? They can't figure out a way to fix school shootings so just give everyone and gun and let them sort it out?

You’re absolutely correct. You should be able to buy a gun, carry it into a bar and order a beer at 18 then go vote.

Yes, I am serious.

so a george soros funded district attorney allows a guy with felony gun charges get off with a misdemeanor.......... and then the guy buys guns legally (since he dodged a felony) .... we need more gun laws.

Michigan State University shooting suspect previously charged with felony but still able to buy guns
The point of all their laws and the way they work is clear. They dont want to stop the criminals, they want to stop legal gun ownership. Just think with LGs model the citizen will get charged with a worse crime than the person actually committing the crime. I bet there wouldnt be any favorable sentencing for the victim who had their items stolen.

Should criminals who blatantly gun down police officers get capital punishment?

I put this in the category of robberies and killings of people working in restaurants and gas stations.

You want to cut down on pathetic individuals who look to commit these crimes then put in place a real deterrent.

Are you suggesting black people shouldn’t be allowed to own guns?
They wont ever admit it. But that is where gun control started in this country and that is largely where it has stayed. You see it in all of their "rational and reasonable" restrictions that would place undue burdens on the black, or any minority, communities.

True. The gun grabbers true intentions are to make the possession of guns so expensive only rich white people can afford them.

Yeah, that's why they want fewer guns out there. As costs go up, from lack of supply why demand stays high, it's just another way to keep guns out of "those people" hands.

Heck, remember the guy scared of kids in St. Louis? I wonder what he meant by that.

If school shootings were such a problem it would show up in the overall homicide rate. Yet the overall white homicide rate is equivalent to that of Europe, despite massive access to guns. So why are you convinced guns are the problem?

The dangers of foolishness is contagious, as today's society proves, almost on a daily basis of people being shot for no other reason than being alive. Or kids finding guns and killing a parent, sibling, or classmate by either accident or design. I have nothing against guns, I'm a gun owner myself, it's the fools with guns that should concern us all. And since practically anyone can get one, bless the anti-background checkers, the disease of foolishness will keep compounding.

If these things were such a problem it would show up in the overall homicide rate. Yet the overall white homicide rate is equivalent to that of Europe, despite massive access to guns. So why are you convinced guns are the problem?
