The Atlanta Braves

I personally don't mind the long games, for some reason I've always liked them.

There is some bizarre novelty and interest about the games that seem to never end, but since baseball has essentially moved to a power game versus pure finesse then prolonged games and innings on pitchers is damaging ultimately.

My brilliant idea of ties after 12 innings and doing a point system is better though.
Smells like soccer. I like the idea of the manager for the team at the plate can send up to bat whoever he wants during extras. Player can't be chosen again that inning until every player has batted once that inning.

That also sounds like soccer. Pretty much described a penalty shoot out.

Increased risk of injury, the taxation on the bull pen that takes weeks to recover from. It’s not ideal from a managers standpoint.

Then managers shouldn't be pulling a pitcher after 75 pitches in the 5th inning and taxing the bullpen either

The only Bannana ball idea ive ever liked. Each manager picks their best hitter both get 10 pitches HR derby style, whoever hits more HR their team wins.
