You are right, the Zone is the Zone. However, what you are talking and vehemently complaining about, we all realize. Just saying, a little heavy for da Zone, more suited for the PF.

Mebbe there’s a Rural Dictionary that would serve the purpose.

In my mod days, I helped cover a business-to-consumer forum in a highly-regulated industry, so NO politics, NO religion, NO advocacy of not-quite-legal activities, and NO offensive language or obvious substitutes like “oh chit.” We quickly learned to refer to UD when something mystifying appeared.

Boy, did I learn a LOT.

Very proud that the five-year-old grandkiddo is a big fan of Allman Brothers, Tom Petty, Springsteen, and Led Zep, plus slide guitarist Bobby Black and a ton of bluegrass. Hubs is expanding his knowledge of blues artists. No musical ignorance allowed!

The behavior of young adults or the number of stupid people have not increased in the past 20 years. Social media just broadcasts to the world what was previously hidden.
