Through TBS, Ted Turner transformed the Braves into the south’s team. Not just Atlanta’s or Georgia’s team.

a big part of the reason the Titans and Predators were able to find footing in Nashville is because the Falcons and Thrashers (lol) never were able to build a brand outside ATL like the Braves did.
