To me these games hurt the most bc you know we have the talent to win them. I can give the coaching staff flexibility on a lot of things but to me the biggest indictment is two straight years of ridiculous turnovers. You cannot beat decent teams when you turn the ball over 20 times a game.

It's not really a problem if you hire established winners for an established, top-tier program. We've made two lazy, bad hires--Oh, let's be parochial and hire former Vols who are /not/ proven winners not once but twice.
