Preaching to the choir. The FAA got like 1.5 billion dollars for "infrastructure"..to build new air traffic facilities. They got nothing to sustain current operations and update dated tech.

We still have things running on DOS computers...Think about that next time you're getting ready to take off.

Issues a notice to the flying public that a airspace navigation aid, radar, or radio is out of service.

So if you're a pilot flying into MCO (Orlando) and the 36R ILS is OTS you have a NOTAM out there letting you know not to try a Category 3 ILS approach on that runway. It also alerts Air Traffic control as to what is out which is handy when they hand aircraft off to other controllers when on approach or departure.

Hope that makes sense.

Had the exact same thought. Puddin Head recently has pulled the veil back on his intentions to run again in 2024 and I’d guess a good number of Dem leadership is “Oh HELL No!”

It’s just my opinion here, but I think that was established a long while back. I don’t the the Dems were counting on the populace being completely brain dead for 2 Presidential elections in a row. In a complete show of stupidity it worked once though so who knows, it’s possible we are so far gone that submission to idiocy is now the norm.

I was more throwing out the theory that they don't even want his hat anywhere near the ring. A nip it in the bud approach. (got my idioms flowing today)
