If you're interested, I did some research and Boom. I watched a video on how to create a workout and added Sprints. After I programed it in the app I checked my watch out and it's there, but I also noticed an "Intervals" activity. Lol. You might want to check it out, but I'm gonna be set with mine. This is really cool. It's raining like a hurricane out there so I haven't tried it out, but I think it's going to be awesome.
