How bout
one category per week,
one entry per person
(once you put an entry in,,,you done,,,no more music posts until the next category)
We count likes at the end of the week (Wednesday Dec 14)
I will try this once.

agree Holiday songs only for this round, one entrance each. On Dec 24 the one with most upvotes wins….Let’s do it

I'm enjoying some new songs..Not particularly a country music fan,,,but enjoyed the Alan Jackson song

Secular "holiday" song but one that touches many family memories for a lot of people. Christmas hymns & carols go into another category, IMO, but the lyrics of this song really capture the strange/familiar experience of the once-a-year gathering of relatives who don't always have a lot in common but still love each other...because family.

Carol - Oh Come, Oh Come Emmanuel. For me this captures the ancient and mystical feel of Advent. I always love the candles, lessons and carols of advent leading up to Christmas Eve service at midnight.

I have stayed in the Peabody Hotel in Memphis before. A block from the Rendezvous Restaurant and Beale Street. Really enjoyable. I am on their email list.
Received an email this week offering a package deal. Stay in the hotel and attend a UM game and have the opportunity to donate $75.00 which will be added to the hotel bill as a donation to the UM NIL fund which is named 901 NIL.
Thought it was an interesting way to provide money to the University of Memphis' consortium.
Think this would work for Lady Vols?
