I think that’s a sports bar.

Yes it makes Hooters look modest, and the local Twin Peaks where I live closed during COVID, and it became some wings sports restaurant I can’t recall the name of.


I find it priceless persons complained the women that work as Twin Peaks girls are being exploited which they really aren’t since it’s visible the job does involve a woman showing her body in an erotic outfit.
