My first dog was a collie named Rocky. Got him when I was 5. You would think I named him after Rocky Top, but no. Thought he ran so fast like a rocket, so he became Rocky.

Got a dachshund wanted to name him Smokey, my wife said NO. Convinced her we should name him Ernest Bernard, we called him Ernie. She never knew I named him after The Ernie Bernie duo Ernie Grunfeld and Bernard King from UT basketball .

But my very favorite dog was a little cute Pekingese from South Carochina named “Sir Stanley of North Union Estates” I think we were soulmates.

That Ernest Bernard story is really funny. I guess that dog scored a lot with the female dogs.

The issue is mega pixel personal images. Most images from twitter or the webz have been compressed.

I assume no issue if I’m posting thumbnails instead of Full Images which I’ve been doing.

I apologize for slowing this thread down with posting Full Size images for more than 6 posts.

Sad news today

got online earlier and saw this on Twitter and was shocked. Saw where he was in the hospital but wow, never expected this.......blessing and prayers to all his family, friends and players.

I love it! We are such nerds when it comes to animal names and our beloved Vols!
I’ll take it a step farther and let you know that I used it on a couple of my kids.
My wife really liked the name Peyton for our youngest daughter and of course I was all over that!
When we were young and expecting our oldest, we had many heated discussions over the name of our 1st child, a girl.
I was throwing out Tamika, Ace, Summitt, Delong, Majors...she wasn’t having it, but then I pulled a fast one on her...
“Mackenzie” as in Raleigh and Reggie(who she knows nothing about)
She bit and the rest is history!

Goes to show we need to live each day to the fullest because only God and Jesus Christ when exactly a human will die, and how exactly.

Also very shocking mainly because it wasn’t foreseeable, and because College Football has lost a unique Head Coach.

OT, I would go as far as saying he is the coach that got more out of less, than any one I can think of?!
The man made Washington State, Texas Tech and Mississippi State competitive!
At one time he had a Kentucky QB running a feared offense and in the Heisman conversation!
Think about that for a second!!

My oldest, named for the Mackenzie brothers, was born on the 3rd Saturday in October! I held my newborn and watched Tennessee roll the tide, 21-7!

Here is the deal, we have a dialogue going on in this thread, it’s a lot of fun, a lot of back and forth, and all of a sudden you start posting stuff that has nothing to do with any of it, you haven’t gotten to try know us and to me what you have been posting feels like spam. Sorry if that sounds harsh but it would be nice if you made an effort to communicate instead of just coming in here and posting stuff that is irrelevant to the discussion.

I’m slightly less sad College Football fans got multiple clips of him talking for more than 4 seasons before his unexpected death.

Coach Leach was the opposite of Coach Belichick because he’s mostly entertaining for pre game conferences, post game conferences, and anything said during a game.

Coach Leach was a 1 of kind Head Coach that had an endearing personality.

I’m pretty damn happy I won’t be clinically depressed during the 2022 Volunteers Baseball Season including The SEC Tournament, and the Tournaments to get to the College World Series.

For months I was clinically depressed in 2022 before being active with what I enjoy including seeing movies, watching movies, and taking the pills ended the clinical depression aka severe constant depression.

We always welcome new visitors with open arms and it’s a good place away from all the chaos in the football forum. Everyone takes stuff personally over there and resorts to defensive attacks whenever you are just trying to have a logical conversation/debate. I recently had someone tell me to go jerk it to my Jessica Alba pics because they disagreed with me . We don’t take ourselves too serious over here.
