If we couldn’t get in I wanted the Orange Bowl. Now Clemson just needs to win and we will get the match many want! Either way it would be nice to beat Mack and Carolina as well. But yes bring on a all orange Orange Bowl! GBO!

I’d rather go to Miami. New Orleans is a 💩 hole.

The Sugar Bowl would be cool but apparently New Orleans is getting more dangerous. More people are likely to get robbed or have something stolen and broken into in New Orleans. Criminals will be looking forward to the possibilities for any fanbases.

No, TCU is in. 12 wins to Alabama's 10. It would be criminal for the committee to drop them to 5 if they lose today. JMO.
They didn't care to drop TN 4 spots after losing to Georgia. TCU should have to play the winner between UCF and Tulane in the Cotton Bowl.

Was there 2 months ago for a convention and I was shocked how far downhill it’s gone. The rise in crime is really bad. Didn’t feel safe unless we were in a big group. Gotten really questionable. If you go, be careful.

Went to New Orleans after LSU game. It is an absolute dump. South Florida is a much more attractive spot for a bowl game.

Nah. The CFP committee's wet dream is UGA, bama, OSU and Michigan. A TCU loss and they'll get their wish.
why would they want that, though? Serious question. UGA/Bama has been common in the CFP and I'd think they'd want new matchups. Do you mean because Bama would travel better for the games? Viewership? I hear that the CFP wants Bama in, but I think having the same 2-3 teams in it the last few years affects the interest. Maybe I am wrong.

Why would they want TCU, if it is really about choosing the 4 best teams?

Based on their criteria,. TCU is just that. 5-1 vs top 25. Bama is 3-2. TCU resume is far better. This isn't debatable. TCU's one loss was to a top 15 team they beat in regular season by 10. You're going to punish them for playing a conference title game and losing to a really good team theyve beaten? TCU handled Texas WITH Ewers playing, whereas Bama had a walk off field goal and beat Texas with that and Ewers out most of the game. Put it all together and TCU has the better resume, based on what the CFP has put out there as far as criteria. That LSU loss Bama had is looking awful now. You're going to put Bama in after losing to a UT team that got nailed by USC Jr and an LSU team that got railed by UGA,UT, and lost to A&m, the SEC's worst team? How could the CFP put Bama in over TCU when the body of work of TCU is far, far better. Numbers and results don't lie.

Now it’s going to be fun watching Bama fans cry about OSU getting in instead of them.
HaHaHaHa!!!!!! They ran their mouths about Tennessee fans saying they should be ahead of Bama. Now they will do the same thing……..except Bama won’t have a leg to stand on. Will be fun to watch.

Oh my! So instead of being the Crimson Tide, they're actually the Bama Bawlers. Though, I imagine that. They will still go bawling, just not where they wanted to go.

I seriously seen tons of them calling Tennessee fans out for “crying” Tennessee should be ahead of Bama…….even folks making videos about it.

Now they are literally doing the same thing with OSU and TCU.

FUNNY and I don’t think it will even matter…..at least I hope it doesn’t .

I'm a little confused by people who keep saying Bama is better than TCU. Why? All we have is the body of work for each, and TCU wins that hands down. We don't have to say Bama is better just b/c SEC. TCU has the better resume.

Where did you get the 5-1 record? The only teams in the CPF poll that TCU has played are Kansas State and Texas - that makes them 2-1. And Bama is 1-2 against the teams ranked in the CPF poll.

Now if you are looking at what the ranking was when the teams played, well then TN is 5-1 as well. UGA, well that are just 2-0. Michigan is 2-0, OSU is 1-1. Clemson is 3-0.

But I get it the comparison isn't to TN.

I'm dying for someone to explain how and why Bama is a top 4 team. I'm not very smart, so simplify it for me. I usually go by resume/wins/etc. Bama has Bryce Young and THAT is why everyone is propping them up.

ESPN.com and they showed on CBS during this game. This is where we get into the muddy "were they top 25 when they played or are they there now?" debate. Not sure what the CFP uses.

Absolutely right! And their common opponent is Texas, who Alabama beat in the final seconds in a noon game in which the Texas QB went out early in the game. TCU beat Texas handily in a night game at Texas, which everyone agrees is much tougher to do. Folks saying Alabama deserves to be in over TCU are not thinking clearly. I would say if Alabama has an argument, it's that they should be ahead of Ohio St.

Bama isn't a top 4 team. OSU is not a top 4 team. TCU really isn't a top 4 team.

The problem is that there are not really 4 teams that have proven beyond a doubt they should be in the top 4. UGA at this point is the only team to prove they belong. If Michigan beats Purdue, they will prove they belong - if they lose, then there are a bunch of teams that have not proven they should be there that the committee much choose from.

It is the "choose the numbers" that make the team I am promoting look best game.
