Zach Arnett..... a top 3 DC in the country.

People keep mentioning the PPG let up but don’t take into account the amount of times their crappy gimmick offense has put them in terrible spots with turnovers. Also with lesser talent than most SEC schools as well. Great coach. Top 25 in defensive efficiency

Such a bad rule in the egg bowl. Ole miss player would have easily recovered it if whistle hadn't blown. Miss state player did not immediately recover, everyone paused and then the recovery happened.

On top of it, it wasn't an inadvertent whistle, it was an incorrect incomplete pass whistle. The ref just flat out lied.

Ball was released at the 30, the guy bobbled it at the 29 3/4 yard line…. Backwards pass but I wouldn’t want to be the guy to make this call.

Whistle was blown dead. It shouldn't have been a fumble. But, karma strikes Ole Miss.

Bet nothing will come out about trash being thrown out on the field. SC fans did it in our game last week and nothing was said.

One of the speculated reasons that Arnett hasn’t been targeted more by other coaches is that he runs a 3-3-5 system. Atleast that’s what someone connected to Miss St told me.

That shouldn’t be an issue at this point with the amount of 4-2-5 that’s being ran on defense… his Run game defensive numbers are good too so that makes no sense.

Yeah the stats say Illinois is solid. I discount anything from the B10 a bit though. They're still out there playing football from before the forward pass was invented.

Tennessee offense doesn’t turn the ball over hardly ever and Tennessee has more talent than State. I’d be hard pressed to say Zach’s defenses wouldn’t be better here on the Hill if Heupel made that decision. He’s gaining a lot of steam in the coaching industry being a Rocky Long defensive understudy.
