Rick Barnes ladies and gentleman.

Didn’t get to watch, from what I gather shots just weren’t made. How much is that really on Barnes?

Anybody think Tillman messes up the chemistry the O had while he was injured even though he’s a stud?

Yes...but it's not his fault, imo that is on Hooker, and it is not really his fault either...it is just a mental thing that is understandable. He was an awesome security blanket last year, but Hendon locks in on him now too much and it does screw up the system we got going on.

I do think it could change with practice and slowly working him back into the rotation.

I just can not believe that he would sit out a chance to at least contribute to a NC run...that boggles my mind..

Was thinking this morning about the circus that will ensue when the playoff expands.. all of this changes and we’re debating which 2 loss team gets in and who gets a first round bye…
Also, if Neyland hosts a first round game…. what a scene that will be.. tickets would be sold out in under a minute

I can't wait.

Gotta learn from this and move on. Vols playing unbelievably sloppy today on both sides. Lots of ball left to play in the season, though.

Yeah definitely some kinks to work out..I have full confidence in Barnes..not his first rodeo.

Better to play your worst basketball in November. Lol. I think they’ll be fine. Never really believed they would be as good as last year, but come on. It’s basketball. This stuff happens to the majority of teams. Shots just didn’t fall. It’s important to see how they respond to it before anyone goes throwing in the towel after a meaningless out of conference game lol

It was more than that. The defense was awful, poor rotations and late switches. Barnes has once again not developed anybody in the post as we got crushed on the boards. Lastly this team has no game plan on O besides jacking up three's. They did not look well coached at all today.

Rick Barnes hate agenda is still weird. I get the NCAA tourney gripes but other than that, dude has killed it here.

I love how much yall hate me for telling yall the truth about Barnes. He isnt a good coach.

Sigh.

Show me the receipts - compare Barnes winning % and NCAA tournament appearances to those of other basketball coaches in UT history and objectively prove to me that he "isn't a good coach." You have your opening - convince me beyond all reasonable doubt with stats and numbers!

This team has the same issues as last year. When they go cold, there is no plan B. We have nothing in the post. KC isnt there to save them this year.
