The next two years are easy to predict. It'll be full of hearings and impeachments of cabinet members if the Republicans win the House and Senate.

I think Joe Biden may be forced to fall on his sword for the Electoral slaughter that will happen in this Election. I could see Democrat firebrands twisting his arm getting him not to run for reelection in 2024 threatening him with Article 25 of the Constitution. Republicans who will control Congress would happily vote to invoke Article 25 in the case of President Biden.

That's because it didn't have an affect on anyone. But I'd wager DHS, Fauci, Garland will be up for questioning. Parents being targeted like terrorists might matter more to folks than Jan 6th. Covid handling will matter more. The border will matter to those states. Will it move the needle significantly? I'd bet no because most people don't follow hearings.

I can see Milley finally questioned about the Afghan withdrawal. So much incompetence in this administration, but some of it is just people in over their heads and can't do the job, and some of it is intentional. When you talk about parents being targeted that might involve the education secretary as well.
