I absolutely hate it.Hurts to be right @Ulysees E. McGill![]()
I really hope they don’t let UGA beat them twice. A lot of players got banged up despite finishing the game. Missouri will make us their “super bowl” as much as I hate that phrase. Got to let this one go fast and realize we still have everything in front of us besides the SEC Title.

I know we’re infinitely better, and they’re infinitely worse now, but this argument was used to talk ourselves into beating Mizzou in ‘14 too. I don’t put much stock in senior day emotions. Hell, I remember memphis almost beating us on senior day in ‘05.I’d be a little concerned if we weren’t at home on senior day. A lot of guys are going to want to ball out for their final home game.
You know they have to bummed...that has to suck to know you didn't give it your best shot. It's one thing to lose, but it sucks to feel like you helped beat yourself.I really hope they don’t let UGA beat them twice. A lot of players got banged up despite finishing the game. Wow...you've black pilled me....thanks a lot ChristianI know we’re infinitely better, and they’re infinitely worse now, but this argument was used to talk ourselves into beating Mizzou in ‘14 too. Just to be clear, I would take us -20. Just slightly concerned for a doomsday scenario.

I'm not taking anything away from Georgia, but in a game of this magnitude you can't do things to beat yourself. We did things to beat ourselves all day. You can't have 3rd and 2 near the red zone and have 2 consecutive false starts against a defense like this. That's just one example. We continually shot ourselves in the foot. I stated in another thread, that I'm extremely proud of these boys. Georgia came to play, but we had too many self-inflicted wounds. I'm also not dogging our guys. It was just a bad day at the office.Their defense dominated us. They also had a great offensive gameplan knowing we would try to stop the run and their TEs. They instead went over the top which they haven’t done all year and we allowed it because of where our focus was. And the environment was insane and the team admitted it affected them.
But back to defense. They played man to man on our WRs and beat them all day. A couple times we had chances to throw deep but didn’t connect. But their DBs were dominant and never missed a tackle
Probably some designed natural rubs to open space on the man coverage. The OL being better. Hooker and Backs recognition on the corner blitz. So guys...if we can get back to face UGA again...now that we know what they will do, what is the gameplan to defeat that defense...plus we have to stop their offense better.
Yes this assumes TCU runs the table and Michigan beats Ohio State. I think TCU will go undefeated but continue to squeak by their competition. Tennessee will have the better resume, loss to #1 be-damned. I think Michigan should beat OSU soundly but home field is a hell of a drug.So this is assuming TCU is undefeated, because the committee already doesn’t value them. They won’t get in with 1 loss, conference championship or not. So in that case, I would swap UT and TCU in the final rankings.
Interesting you have Michigan over OSU. I don’t disagree honestly. OSU has looked destined to the drop a game the last two weeks.
I admitted as much. Just using it as an example for why senior day doesn’t mean much. Hard to find good examples because senior day was Kentucky or Vandy for most of our dominant years.
