Man, I spent HOURS with those soldier playsets.
Navarone WAS Christmas one year, nothing else, just the Navarone.

It's crazy to think now, but that was considered an expensive x-mas present back in the day. Parents just didn't spend that much on toys.

Buddy of mine ended up drinking with him and Lesh in North Beach after a show in SF. I’m still pissed he didn’t call me, it was a 10-15 minute walk from my apartment to the bar.

I had to have low light and curtains closed all day when I got out of the ICU cause the light hurt my eyes a lot.
