Someone was in the ear of the refs about our WR screen pass. They seemed like they were just waiting to call it.

Yeah, refs backed us up essentially 20 yard with a terrible call. Instead of 2nd and 5, it was 1st and 25. They owe us big now.

It's PI if the ball is caught past the line of scrimmage. It is NOT PI if it is caught behind the line of scrimmage.

That ball was caught behind or at the LOS.

Well a couple of them we obvious penalties. Like half the team running down the field and no snap and Crawford's hold was obvious

That's what worries me. That was technically a penalty, but they almost always let that go when it's caught right on the line. That means the official really wanted to throw a flag.

You can't block down field before the ball is thrown if the ball is thrown past the line of scrimmage. It wasn't it was thrown behind so Fant could block which is what Heuple was mad about because the ref was an idiot
