I guess what bugs me...if you go through due process at what point would ANYONE in their sane mind objectively think this deserved a felony assault charge?

I'm going out on a limp and assuming the drunk guy must have someone in the family with some bread. Gross negligence on the police involved in this one. Take the drunks statement, interview all the witnesses, then follow-up with everyone and interview again days later to see if any stories change or details get altered.

The fact JM got charged so quickly is extremely disappointing...even if he wasn't a Vol just seems like someone decided "guilty" from the beginning.

I’m about damn tired of hearing uks defense is the best we’ve faced

We hung 52 on bama, we kicked LSU’s ass, we’ve dominated the lesser opponents like good teams do

Uk acts like bc they slowed down the Mississippi schools they are the elite defense
They keep failing to mention bama shut down the same miss st offense better then uk did.

I got news for them and they haven’t played A team like ours. Our offense is a ****ing problem for anyone and everyone I pray that CJH hangs at-least 50 plus on their sorry asses. Run up the damn score and make them traitors from Tennessee playing for UK see what they are missing

I think it’s natural for most fans to side with JM. We don’t know all the facts ya’ll—-it’s unfortunate this kind of thing happened but as with anything else you let all the legal stuff play out. We can all presume anything is fact is we don’t know. Speaking as a TN fan I hope JM plays.

Now as far as Kentucky let’s boat race them cats!!!

I am so bummed right now fam. Was supposed to be in Knoxville for a game for the first time since Dooley's first year.

But my girlfriend got such intense back pain today that she threw up and nearly passed out. So now we aren't coming. She can't endure the car ride ride.
Please be praying. She's 34 and can barely walk today and we don't know why. She's a runner so it's probably related but doctors don't have solutions yet.

We were supposed to head over this afternoon and had a nice little spot in Pigeon Forge to stay at that now goes to waste.

Anyways, if Vols hang 50+ on the Kitty's and double their score, I'll feel a little better. Go Vols!

UK definitely doesn't have the athletes on defense that Bama and LSU have.

I was really hoping Dee Williams was going to be our savior at CB once he returned from injury, but he looked absolutely lost on multiple plays versus Martin.

Agreed. Not a CB. Special teams specialist. Give him the ball and let him run. That’s it.
