Same here.Me too with my family history
We call it “the line of forgetting” at our house. It’s the threshold to the kitchen. If you go back to the other room you’ll remember what you were afterI get it. But we've all been there and done that including standing in front of the fridge with no idea what we were looking for 15 seconds prior.
Yeah I get that too. Most of the time I just shake my head and blow it off. Like last week. I normally put a sock on then my shoe, then the other sock and shoe.I get it. But we've all been there and done that including standing in front of the fridge with no idea what we were looking for 15 seconds prior.
My guess is that the subject matter means you have to learn differently. Not the intuitive learning you used in culinary school; not hands-on and experiential. Now everything is mediated through words (the Word, lol.)Same here.
I ain't joking either. When I was in culinary school there was so much that I already knew or just made sense because of...well God given talent, that I didn't notice. Now I'm taking these 2 online classes on the Bible and 95% of both are reading and the other 5 is quizzes and tests, I'm finding out how bad I am.
I ....nevermind, we're in the wrong thread for this. Lol.
