at no point during that article did he utter any thing that I would consider a rational thought with solid evidence.

Justice would be served if Brown's family kicked Butler to the curb tomorrow and he signed the next minute... with anyone. Just get it over with already. There is no more information to be had that hasn't been available for some time now. This whole circus is grandstanding by Butler to serve his own interests. Brown is being used, plain and simple, and I wish he and his family would realize it.

dont pay attention to that article... that writer must be a kstate fan because they are not in this at all. The only reason they are still on his list is a favor to the instate school that needs exposure. It Miami, Oregon, TN, and LSU.....TN and LSU will be the final 2 that battle it out IMO

If he wanted at Miami, he would already be there. For example see OKU and TN(aint happening)

Oregon is appealing but distance will prob factor in.

LSU = could steal him from everyone

TN= really think he is leaning this way going into LSU visit.

Guys I hope you know the pecan log thing is a joke. BB is now the 4th TN recruit this EXACT same story has been recycled for. It all started with Tana Patrick. Some Bama fan as a joke wrote the pecan log incident story as complete BS and somehow it keeps getting recycled and people buy it. I hope you guys were smart enough to not really be buying it...

Understand your logic and agree. Face it this recruitment is not ordinary or Logical.

Who died? He may not make it to LSU. Is this an omen to stay close to home?

How does Butler paralay this into his benefit.

Is Dad pushing the Miami visit? Is mom wanting him close to home?

What about the Nike endorsement if he goes to Oregon? For him in the NFL or immediately for Bulter?

Does USC secretly have signed papers in hand?

Will both he and Oku sign with Tennessee?

Is he married to the UT hostess and will he ever be with that twosome in Miami. The ultimate Trifecta.

Was it his or Charles' uncle in Knoxville this past weekend.

How long after he signs will the team receive notification from the NCAA that they are on probation because Butler took money on his behalf as his agent?

Did he really throw that Pecan Log into oncoming traffic?

Is he worth the thought process, yes. Is he worth the offer, yes without Butler and NO with Butler.

I thought the story was well written all 4 times and best told by the bama fans who believed it to be true enough for a sports writer to comment. I thought it was a clever twist to say it was a wedding present from CLK since Brown married his hostess on the visit.

Oh I for got to mention that I go to Kansas every year to hunt. We go right by KSU on the way back to TN....BB might be into the great scrambled eggs that the only gas station in Manhattan offers. This school and town is a joke when it comes to football.....Why would an athlete in this modern era want to get on a time machine that takes them back to 1950..:thumbsup:

No doubt this takes another twist after Monday and even more of a twist after the Miami visit.

This is some drama. I know he is only a 17 year old kid with a life changing decision, but honestly if it was his it would have been over by now.

This is a Butler staged circus and production.

Butler's role has been minimized by BB's dad. Take Butler out, and basically, you have a stud athlete left who will make a difference on whatever team is fortunate enough to get him.

It's been posted already, by me and others, but BB didn't have a good relationship with his HS coach, needed help with the decision, and sought help from Butler. Butler was a logical choice since he had helped Arthur Jr. However, Butler had not made the complete mockery of himself with Arthur Jr., so Arthur Sr. trusted him with BB. After it got out of control, BB's dad came back to the plate. And, that's where we are today.

The Brown family will make this decision, not Butler.

Let's hope it's for the Vols. The Butler stronghold on BB is already over.
