Does anyone know why the PI in the end zone on Tillman didn’t move the ball to the 2?….as I type this Sampson goes in….GO VOLS!!

PI was called just outside the 2 yard line, not in the end zone, so a 15 yard penalty.

He's missing open receivers. Routes are open, passes are missing. Open book or not, execution isn't crisp.
