His problem is no QB. They signed a 5* QB last class, but most coaches don't like playing a true freshman QB. Haynes King isn't going to cut it. He needs to move on.

A guy I work with just told me that they went up there over the weekend and wasn’t crazy about it. Said it was expensive tho

Wife was just there on Saturday night on her girls trip. Brought home what she didn't eat, which was incredible even reheated.

I think I can still objectively say he's significantly better than the guy we took instead.

I watched most of that game. At times it was like they were looking at him and saying "Hey, just be Lamar Jackson". I mean he's not Lamar Jackson. But I don't think he's awful. I think he could be a P5 starter for a good coach that understood his limitations.

I prefer the Alamo Steakhouse when I crave a steak in the Smokies.

I had an amazing cowboy ribeye at the one in Pigeon Forge, but the one in Gatlinburg was 95% gristle and fat. I know a cook can't change the makeup of the meat, but that should never have been served for a 35$ steak. The side salad there is a legit meal by itself.

The wife and I are going to Gatlinburg for a few days before the Florida game. I haven’t been there since childhood. We’re staying on the strip and within walking distance of everything. I’m needing some good restaurant recommendations, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Feel free to recommend shops, bars, or attractions. I’m excited to check it out again.

Milton wants to be out there playing so bad... I still don't see why we can't come up with some plays to use him, he's just too good of an athlete... Sneak him out there a few times at WR and then let him pass one down field, or line up at Hback and get a pitch out and then toss one...

I think Banks is partially hamstrung with playcalling because of our inability to defend the pass. When 1 corner is essentially useless and both LBs aren’t very good in pass coverage it makes it difficult to call a great game. Hopefully our defense continues to improve this season though and we can get an actual idea on what we have with Banks in year 3

I think our LBs have played pretty well thus far. Someone who has watched more film from our games can correct me if I’m wrong.

And I believe we saw what we have in Banks which is what Heupel wanted. Attacking, relentless defense that is trying to create turnovers.

I'm still a bit on wait and see with our defense. It was feast or famine vs Slovis and we gave up 300 yards in that half.

If I'm being brutally honest with myself, those stats do look like improvement, but so far 3/4 of it played against Balls Tate and 1 half vs a gimpy backup.

We'll see after a few SEC games. We also have time to keep improving. Like the increased pressure.

Yeah I'd like to see where it is after Florida when we get to the bye. That'll be 4 games, 2 against cupcakes, and 2 against ranked teams. I do think they'll improve from week to week. At least I certainly hope so.

As long as we don't pull a 2016 where everyone quits or gets hurt so the second half of the season we couldn't stop a fart.

Maybe Pancake Pantry in Gatlinburg isn’t as bad of a line but I found the line I had to wait in to eat at the Nashville location was just not worth it. Like the breakfast I got, which yes I got pancakes as main option, were good. I don’t really have any complains there, but for me to wait 30ish minutes in a line I needed them to be up there in my list of best pancakes I’ve ever had.. and they just weren’t that. If there’s no line, I’d go there occasionally, but I’ll let the tourist deal with the lines.

The other day, you said that Milton should start over Hooker. Now, your master plan is to put Milton at wide receiver. Are you Jeremy Pruitt?
