second time tearing that Achilles after a weird couple of years anyway, and he's in his last year of his contract.I hope he doesn’t have that attitude
Baltimore Ravens left tackle Ja'Wuan James is out for the season after tearing his left Achilles tendon for the second time in 16 months.
James, who was playing in his first game in three years, was injured in the second quarter of the Ravens' 24-9 win at the New York Jets. He got pushed back by rookie Micheal Clemons and was carted off the field.
This represents more missed time for James, who opted out of the 2020 season because of COVID-19 and then missed all of last season after tearing his left Achilles in May 2021. James is in the final year of his two-year, $4.575 million deal.
The thing is...I am pretty sure Wright, Carvin, Mays and Spraggins are all going to the NFL when their CFB careers are over barring injury...Maybe, but same year Burrow was drafted #1 they had 3 OL also get drafted. They had a "perfect storm" situation develop that season cause Coach O sure as hell can't coach for ****, but he had talent there and with the right offensive staff present and O leaving them to it they pulled it off.
Fify....we didn't call em the Cornroiders for nothing. Those OL and DL guys all left Lincoln and immediately shrunk.20-25 years ago, Nebraska was ahead of the curve with HGH and Steroid cheating. What made those teams so dominant is how impressive they were in the trenches on the OL and DL. They bullied every opponent and enforced its will. Combine that with high IQ athletic QBs (Frazier, Frost) that could perfect the triple option.
AR did hurt an ankle early in the game…. Florida fans are saying that is why they supposedly didn’t have designed runs for him Saturday…. Not sure if accurate though.
Either gotta be able to bring in elite talent OR develop the hell out of what talent you have. At Nebraska Frost wasn't doing either.

I know what you mean.Good lord I hate playing UF at 3:30 on CBS. That SEC on CBS theme has been the sound of our season going off the rails for 15 years.
