I said last week that I thought he could potentially be trying to get fired sooner.
Pretty unethical, but. . . it's gonna be hard for him to get another job with such a huge salary after his Nebraska performance. That job may be the last job he ever gets paid so much. I could see him realizing this and trying to cash in on that buy-out.
How do you intentionally lose a game as a head coach though? Just seems strange. I don't think a head coach can flat-out throw a game without his assistants and perhaps even a few key players knowing and participating.
