Things are never as bad or as good as they appear, especially looking at one game. That game was as sloppy as any game I've witnessed in the Heuple era. I can't imagine that is going to be the norm going forward.

The best thing is, as bad as the play was at times, they still managed a win. It's much easier to correct those things after a win, a close one at that, than a loss. Coming close to losing is the best motivator to fixing things.

Best thing to do is look forward not backwards. Fix things against Akron and two weeks of practice and get ready for the slimey, cold blooded creatures from swamp land.
Under previous regimes, ERRYTHING could be going great and we’d finish with under 200 yards passing and maybe a TD. “Struggled” in this one and you see the stats.

Go ahead and just hire Stoops. They’ve done their duty and beat UF.
Would kinda love for that to happen. But that would open up the possibility of Freeze getting back into the sec. Don’t want that at Kentucky, they may do more than beat Florida if that happens.

I agree with your point, but everything didn't go against us in my opinion. We played horrifically and still won I think is a better way to phrase it. Refs didn't hurt us, injuries didn't hurt us, luck didn't hurt us. You could say most things out of our control went in our favor. We played well below our potential and still won, which is encouraging.
I thought we had a pretty good officiating crew. Hard to buy they were SEC.

I hate to say it but there is a chance Hooker peaked last year.

He can still be good. But you might realize there is no upside.

I think that’s why coaches wanted Milton to figure it out.

I am not saying make a change. I don’t think you can do that.

I’m just saying improvement on last year light not be reasonable. But something similar would be great.

Losing to Georgia Southern earned Scott Frost an extra $7.5 million lol
I said last week that I thought he could potentially be trying to get fired sooner.

Pretty unethical, but. . . it's gonna be hard for him to get another job with such a huge salary after his Nebraska performance. That job may be the last job he ever gets paid so much. I could see him realizing this and trying to cash in on that buy-out.

I'm not talking so much about the offense although, no touchdowns in the second half is something I'd never see with this team, I was more talking about the turnovers.
