Led the team in tackles with 9 solo and 6 assists. He was everywhere tonight. Best performance we’ve seen from him in a UT jersey, IMO.

Playing better than Banks by a lot.

Our defense needed to win a game like that where the offense couldn't bail them out

Should have scored more, but the defense holding them to 27 in OT is fine by me. Especially since the O/ST gave Pitt short fields at least 3 times.

Pitt was projected to finish 2nd in the ACC Coastal behind Miami and tied with UNC. We've seen UNC is not great. Miami is beatable. I think with a healthy Slovis, Pitt could win the Coastal. They're a good team. They returned almost everyone but Pickett and Addison from 2021.

I think this is a better win than we are giving it credit for. If we had the exact same outcome against LSU I think we'd all be more excited and impressed - but I think Pitt is better.

64.3% for 2 TDs 0 turnovers, 2 TDs & 352 total yards.

Hendo didn’t have a perfect game, but most the offense struggles came from poor OL play & drops.

They got that quick 10. Then from there on only got 17. I’ll take it for sure. Lots of short fields. They grew up a little bit today on that side.

Lol, on a day we beat a top 25 team on the road… I don’t give a crap who was at QB today.

Early in the season is tough sledding. Ask A&M/ND. You take a road win to kick of the year. HH is gonna be just fine.
