They would generally explain that the play isn't eligible to be reviewed. But that assumes the refs from the SEC know the rules.

Once he throws the flag there’s nothing to explain. He’s delayed the game and has to be charged a timeout

He will make them eventually. He’s in the right place. They have just gotten extremely lucky. He’s playing pretty well.

That’s why I’m not sure if we have a Banks issue or a personnel issue. It seems like Banks usually has our guys in the right spot. Not always but usually.
