I did 2 and will do 2 more later.

I'm on day 6 of -900 calories per day. Did 760 yesterday and have a plan for 800 today.

I'm gonna be close to my goal by the 24th.

I'm at 161.2 this morning.

My (favorite) aunt, Mary bought Fat Bastard Chardonnay because it provided her the opportunity to go into a store and ask for it aloud. She would enunciate each syllable carefully. Gleeful for speaking the words in public without being crude.
“Excuse me. Yes. Do you have Fat Bastard Chardonnay?”
“You do? You do have Fat Bastard Chardonnay?”
“Terrific! Would you show me to the Fat Bastard Chardonnay?”
“Oh, there is the Fat Bastard Chardonnay!”
“Thank you! I do So enjoy the Fat Bastard!”
“I’d like to purchase these items, including two bottles of Fat Bastard Chardonnay.”
“It’s reassuring to know that you carry Fat Bastard wines. As long as you do carry Fat Bastard, I will be a regular customer.”

I've been good at around 1800 but I needed to do something these next couple of weeks. With this I'm burning right at 1000 more than I'm consuming. Plus or minus 100. Im getting my fiber and vitamins, and too much protein, but oh well.

Broccoli
Eggs
Yogurt
Chia seeds
Water
Coffee
Popcorn
Fish or chicken instead of eggs

That's it. For now.
