Idk. From my personal experience I got more work done from home. I didn't even mind working through lunch or a little later.It’s because you don’t work as much.

The research out there shows the time-sucking part of WFH is when companies set silly metrics (such as mouse movements per minute) that employees literally have to work to meet, when it is taking away from actual work. It is the lack of trust of the employee.
