It was cringe when UGA started appropriating ATL culture and it's just as cringe when Nashville appropriates Memphis' culture.

To be fair, GT is IN Atlanta and can’t even manage to do it as well as UGA does lol. Ever since Geoff Collins got there, he’s tried his damndest to lean into the ATL thing. Hasn’t worked in the slightest.

That is my concern...us not being able to runblock/passpro against that front 7 + Hooker having an off game = vastly slowed down offense.

I think they could put up at least 24+ on our defense, so if they "hold" us to mid 20s...it will be a dogfight in their yard.

I still just don't have much confidence in our defense....and like it or not, Slovis can play and their front 7 is a legitimate threat.

I hope I am 100% wrong about our defense and we absolutely destroy them.

IF our defense plays really good in this game...I think we could maul them.

Mid 20’s is a good day defensively…. If we lose then it would be the offenses fault. I personally think that we will beat them like a drum… West Virginia was predicted to be 2nd to last in the big 12 and it took some lucky breaks for Pitt to pull that off.

We can’t have Kentucky knocking Florida from their peddle stool, that needs to be Us. Without a doubt Kentucky needs to blow this one in gloriously embarrassing fashion.

I can’t believe so many people want Florida to win that game…. kentucky will never be any better than they are right now…. Florida has the potential to be another Georgia/Alabama that never ever loses bc of their fertile recruiting territory…. We need them as dysfunctional as possible…. One loss to us won’t do it.

I think this game comes down to OL play for both teams.

If we can pass protect and run block we will score a lot of points.

If they force a lot of tough 3rd downs it could be a long day.

On D we need to run stuff and get pressure.

OL play is key to this game.

UF is also better than any other program at being able to "reset" when a new coach comes in. Doesn't mean it lasts long-term, but they tend to have immediate benefits from new coach energy.

That's because they always have a ton of talent on the roster that absolutely quit on the previous coach...which makes the supposed quality of their team a mirage. Florida is a much better team than their record last year indicated.

You and I are in a similar spot. I fundamentally think - I don't trust Tennessee yet. On paper, I can see all the arguments for why Tennessee might win handily. I just don't quite trust them yet. It's nothing against the coaches, etc. But I just got to see this team win a few games like the Pitt game before I fully trust that we've arrived and can be counted on to execute at a high level consistently in games like this. We're still at the beginning of Year 2 of a new coach, afterall.

You're the guy at the waterfall who has heard about how fun it is, but is scared to jump til you see a few people go first.

I miss having our Krystal in town since it closed. The meal was usually only a brief rental, but I enjoyed it while eating it.
