They left the area because of the fighting. It happens in plenty of wars and conflicts. Just like what happened in Syria while the US was fighting there.

Does that mean the US was trying to ethnically cleanse Syria? Or does it mean exactly what I said clearly... that people will simply leave as a consequence of the fighting?

There really isn't any argument to be made on any of this. Its called war, maybe someone won't play stupid games next time, so they don't win stupid prizes.

There is nothing for them to win, that is a simple observation of the board. That's not an argument. There simply is no move to win. If someone has you at checkmate, there is no move.

They have been targeted by the west to lose. <---- there is no win for them

What can the Ukrainians win?
How can they met there objectives to win?

Realistically, there really isn't anything there.

Even stupid Congressmen in the 90s figured this out, which is why they were questioning the huge military budgets for Europe in the 90s with all the Abraham Tanks. Completely irrelevant when dealing with Russia and that area. Its no secret what the strategy is, Russia told everyone.

When Russia, United States and Europe has targeted you for elimination... you would think they would actually start to think of how to get out of the mess, instead of digging deeper. On the present course, if they don't do something... the only question is how big the parking lot is going to be.
