Imagine if the Braves in 2018 called up Acuna and Albies with both being terrible. Fried, Newcomb and Soroka all blew out their arms. J.D. Martinez signed for nine figures and was one of the worst hitters in the league. Then Dansby Swanson, Nick Markakis and Ended Inciarte all suffered major regression. That’s essentially the Tigers year

Detroit sports are cursed. It isn't just the Lions.

Even the Red Wings, who historically are one of the most successful NHL franchises, haven't made the playoffs in 6 seasons and haven't won a playoff series in a decade.

Added a little to the post after posting it about the Red Wings. Yeah, but all those teams you mentioned have been bunk for a while now, especially the Pistons. Their last playoff game (not series, game) win was the last time Tennessee won the East.
