Yah. That's a lot of what I'm saying. Elvis was one of the best rockabilly performers, no doubt. He also played guitar and performed...seems like you're just saying "they need to write their own songs"
The thing is, and you know this, that we don't want to be realistic. There are the numbnuts who get mad when the team does not reach their expectations, but most of us are optimistic and take the bad with the good. I am at 8-4 right now, but think 10-2 is very possible.Yesterday Swain was discussing Roman Harper’s “10-2” comment and said that he doesn’t think that’s realistic. Also said that if a Vol fan says “nah, I think 8 or 9 wins” then the fan police come out and say that they’re a NegaVol. Swain said that person is not being negative, he’s being realistic, and that’s better for the team. Ergo NegaVols are better fans FYI.
Also yesterday Tony B said the defense won’t be improved this year. Call in today to tell him why he’s wrong.
Happy Friday y’all.
Not sure why it would matter who wrote it if you were doing a masterful job with it. I know it’s easier to make it in the recording industry and have a longer career if you’re a songwriter writing your own songs. So it seems like for him to have decades of success like he did while having to rely on others writing the songs would be another achievement.Yah. That's a lot of what I'm saying. Not sure you call him "the King of Rock n Roll" when he was parroting what other people created.
This post is trash.100% AGREE! I hate when the board delves into these discussions - well, I don't mind the discussion part but hate the judgmental part - like, "such & such is trash." I know some of it is in fun but there's always people that go too far. Everyone has different tastes in music, food, etc.
Yeah, we can be realistic when it is reality. This is fantasy season! The thing is, and you know this, that we don't want to be realistic. Would have to think he would be a lock for a two-way special teams ace. I'm just not sure how committed he was to being a great football player. Might've just been playing because he was good.Still can’t believe a NFL team didn’t give him a shot returning kicks
Every player has a thread. There are updates in most of them with some regularity.I feel like we are losing a little momentum in recruiting. We are down to #10 or #11 in most polls and 4th in SEC. Any big prospects out there leaning our way? It is hard to get good recruiting news other than when players actually commit.
