My family fell in love with the Harry Potter series during a trip to Florida when we randomly selected Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone to listen to at a Cracker Barrel on our way. The rest is history.

The voice actor is awesome. One of the best audiobook series.
Dresden Files
The Iron Druid
Zombie Fallout
All great voice actors.
My son and I listen whenever we are riding together.

I am actually quite good with a sword. Well certain types of swords. I was trained in Iaido (bokken first (wooden sword) then bladed swords (no iaito for me bc this is america and we are allowed sharpened swords and I believe you need to train as though it will cut you - even when using the bokken that must be in your mind) but I picked up others informally. I absolutely love small light swords that you can do quick movements with. If I was stronger I'd be a bigger fan of the European Bastard Sword because it's a great all rounder. But I suppose if I needed a battle ready sword I'd choose the katana. I know how to use it and it's strengths/weaknesses.
Are you saying that you kendo what is necessary when it comes to swordplay?

Now that is funny right there. :) In all seriousness, I'd love to try kendo. It's a bit different from Iaido but I think I'd like it. Both fencing and kendo sound like genuine blasts to me. I've played around with both kendo weapons and fencing swords and had so much fun with both but with the fencing swords we had to be really careful because we didn't have the helmets they wear. I'd love to be able to go full blast with them though.
