I enjoy floating the Caney, but I’ve been going up there since the late 80’s and it was 100 times better back then. You could put in at the dam and once you got past the fishermen near the dam, the whole river was all yours. Now it’s a freaking stampede. We went from the dam to Betty’s on Friday and just did Happy Hollow on Saturday. They only ran 1 generator from 11-12 on Saturday.

But your premise that guns are a factor does not stand up to scrutiny. The US can match Europe overnight IF…blacks are disarmed.
As much as they love them some Democrats, I suspect that flies as well as concrete blocks, if the Dems proposed that. So the answer from the left is to blame everyone. It is the only way they can disarm the blacks.
I believe it's been documented that many of these mass shooters had an addiction to marijuana. Not saying that is what caused them to do it. But eventually you have to look at common factors.Do you really think if all black people had their guns taken away, they wouldn’t pick another weapon? Even if everyone magically had their guns disappear, do you think these horrific events would stop?
Something is causing people to go psycho and kill people. I admit that it’s not guns, but something in our nation is causing young men to go psycho.

I've posted links before in another thread I believe. At this point it doesn't matter what links I post. You and others will refuse to read them or believe anything they say if it doesn't match your already set in stone, concrete beliefs. An addiction to marijuana is the link here? Ridiculous. Stop it.
And so do millions and millions of others without any issues. You just like to demonize the plant thru any means necessarySubset of what? Mass shooters or mass shooters who smoked pot? There have been statements that the Crimo guy was an isolated stoner. Cruz admitted to smoking pot. And I believe there was reporting the Uvalde shooter did as well.

Not trying to demonize it but if there is a link then it should be looked into further. Perhaps marijuana is harmful to some people. Plus addiction to it just like addiction to alcohol is not good either. And so do millions and millions of others without any issues. You just like to demonize the plant thru any means necessary
Of course it could be harmful to some. However that is not currently a qualifier to making drugs legal or not. There is also very little addiction compared to others more widely used. Breaking alcohol addiction will kill a personNot trying to demonize it but if there is a link then it should be looked into further. Perhaps marijuana is harmful to some people. And just because something is a plant doesn't mean it's good for you. Like poison ivy or poison oak.
Marijuana addiction could also kill a person as it is often a gateway drug to other heavier drugs. And if there's evidence that heavy or habitual marijuana use leads to psychosis or schizophrenia then maybe it's more harmful than people realize.Of course it could be harmful to some. The "plant" and many derivative products absolutely have positive use cases. I'm unaware of ones for poison ivy
