If we had a country that consisted of only a few million rich white people that all were required to have firearms in their homes and had strict border control, I believe the Swiss would be a better example to use

So answer the question I asked. After the swap, which country has the higher rate? If guns are the problem, Germany should since hundreds of millions of guns just went there. However, what actually happens is the US rate goes even higher! With far fewer guns!!!

Let's put out a hypothetical here.... If these shooters that plan these things out knew that someone in the crowd was likely to shoot back, quickly, would they go through with their plans? If these sub-human pieces of **** figured they'd be shot and killed 15 seconds in would it be worth it in their ef'd up minds?

If you check the previous posts, I state multiple times that guns are just one of the variables. Even if all guns magically disappeared overnight, we’d have more Oklahoma City bombing style attacks.

That’s not the goal though. If you solve the problem, you lose control. Tragedies are opportunities. So you have to blame something other than the problem (guns in this example) and then when that doesn’t solve it, you just claim you need more power

we have collected news stories on more cases of permit holders stopping mass public shootings with their handguns (we separately collect cases where concealed handguns are used to stop other crimes). There is no reason to believe that this list is comprehensive, given how little media coverage is devoted to these heroic acts.

But your premise that guns are a factor does not stand up to scrutiny. The US can match Europe overnight IF…blacks are disarmed.

As much as they love them some Democrats, I suspect that flies as well as concrete blocks, if the Dems proposed that. So the answer from the left is to blame everyone. It is the only way they can disarm the blacks.
