I dont have a picture, but William "Bill" Pickett invented the Rodeo sport of Bulldogging. Made a name for himself as a pioneer "Black" cowboy and is in the rodeo HOF.

They had a pretty cool exhibit on him not too long ago at the Field Museum in Chicago. Without GWC, there's no Reeces cup for JT5.

Hate to bust the bubble but he was not responsible for inventing peanut butter.

Edit: His work involving the soy bean was much more beneficial to mankind. The reason he was celebrated for the peanut was due in a large part to him introducing it as a cash crop as pests that destroyed cotton moved in from the west.

He did invent the peanut though, right?

Damn. Well, then, GWC is dead to me. My allegiance now lies with Peter Pan.

I saw a documentary on him last week. Interesting stuff, Ford even produced a car using plastics from soy bean he taught his people how to use. Ford was so impressed by him he started a research facility to study the soy bean and experiment with it.
