The only thing all those Miami teams had in common was every single one went on probation after. I will let you figure out the detailsI think our fanbase and stadium are obvious wins for Tennessee. I think we do have better history and tradition over the totality of CFB history, but I’ve never seen a Tennessee dynasty and doubt I ever will. Miami, to their credit was an absolute machine in the 80’s and early 90’s and the 2001 team was probably the most talented team of all time.
Now, you can also say that was accomplished through cheating and other nefarious practices, and you’d be right. You can also say they have had the benefit of playing weak competition. Since they’ve moved to a decent football conference in the ACC, they haven’t done anything. My dad is a big VT fan and VT has and continues to consistently beat Miami, despite not being anywhere near as talented. Whenever the Miami hype train rolls around, he just rolls his eyes.
100 percent agree.I think Nico is the ultimate X factor here. He and his family have something in common with Mauigoa that Miami, USC not Bama have. A cultural component. You gotta wonder, how many times has Rashadas family been to Miami when Mauigoa and his family were there?

They have a single booster doing that. Its exactly what the Ncaa is trying to prevent. TxA&M as wellIf you looo through canesight (Miami board) you will see them crappies on us for supposedly paying Nico and other players. Yet they want to act all innocent like Ruiz isn’t tossing a fortune around to build Miami back. Bunch of hypocrites.
Heck some of them even brag about Ruiz and the money they have but ridicule other schools for doing it. The ultimate hypocrisy. @Jackcrevol be like...247 saying whispers of Tennessee feeling less confident…
